Listed below is Significant Industrial User that were in significant noncompliance (SNC) with national pretreatment regulation, 40 CFR Part a403, and state pretreatment regulations, 15 NCAC 2H .0900, and local pretreatment regulations during the period of January 1 thru June 30, 2020; Tryon Finishing Corporation- BOD and July 3 thru December 31, 2020; Tryon Finishing Corporation- Copper. A continuing effort is being made by the listed industry to achieve compliance.
