Good afternoon
I received more guidance on the land use. See below. Please let me know if I can provide anything else
Outfall 002 is no longer associated with industrial activity or subject to the NPDES General Permit No.
NCG060000. Stormwater runoff from Outfall 002 is associated with an irrigation system that is used to grow a crop (hay
for animal feeds and other beneficial uses). This land use is a normal farming/agricultural activity that is exempt from
NPDES permitting per 40 CFR 122.3(e).

Good morning Tina.
I believe you need to complete:
Request Representative Outfall Status
Complete the Representative Outfall Status (ROS) Request Form. Mail one hard copy of the form and supporting
documents directly to the appropriate Regional Office (see form). In addition, e-mail the form and supporting
documents to Suzanne McCoy. There is no fee for a representative outfall status request.
I've also looped in the subject matter expert to fill in any additional information you may need.

Good morning
I need to make a correction to the stormwater outfalls for the Pilgrim's Pride Corporation Staley Feed Mill
(NCG060379). Previously, we had 4 outfalls. Recently, we determined that the drainage from 2 outfalls combined
into a single ditch, in which we now sample the combined point. The correct Outfall numbering and locations are
as follows:
Outfall 001 (Outfall at Northwest corner of property): 35.810833 N,-79.556110"W
Outfall 002 (Outfall at Southwest corner of facility): 35.809722" N,-79.556110"W
Outfall 003 (Outfall along south edge): 35.809444 N,-79.554444"W
The receiving waterbody information is correct.
Is this email sufficient to get this changed? Or do I need to resubmit an updated NOI or other documentation?
Also, on both permits, Bruce Morgan is listed, he is no longer with the company. Everything else looks correct.
Thank You,
Tina Pedley

Correct, you do not.
As long as the annual fees are current.
Please run a Stormwater Permit Summary Report and review for accuracy I would greatly appreciate it.

Good afternoon Tina.
No you do not need to submit prior DMRs.
This was set up in the past month to alleviate manual scanning and uploading of DMRs on our end.
We receive several hundred DMRs a week.
eDMR is still on its way, letters will be sent when it is ready for Stormwater DMRs.
Thank you.

I did not know the form was changed. I will begin using that. I knew that the eDMR system was being set up but
was not aware of the electronic system currently being available. I had been mailing in hard copies only. Do I
need to upload previous reports to this site or just this month going forward? Thanks for the help
