The project involves the widening of Julian Road (SR 1528) from US 601
(Jake Alexander Blvd) to Summit Park Road (SR 2667) in Rowan County.
NCDOT does not believe a preapplication meeting is needed at this time;
however, we would by happy to meet upon request.
