Attached is the Borrow Pit submittal through Blythe Jordan’s office for BMCO for the R-5797 project
(US 74 and Boardman Road Interchange / Columbus County).  There are wetlands surrounding the
proposed pit within 400 feet.  The Reclamation Plan sheets contain the Skaggs Calculations which I
believe require a maximum buffer of 108 feet (Wakulla soils) with a minimum of 82 ft.(Echaw soils). 
Greg and I were talking about going down there on Thursday to review the wetlands.  It shouldn’t be
too hard being that the wetlands are just within the woods line.
