Cherri,
I reviewed the Table of Uses and believe your assessment is correct, our temporary construction corridor is 40' or less,
and our permanent maintenance corridor it 10',and all the Zone 1 buffer impacts are perpendicular, so looks like no
mitigation is required. I attached a scan of the PCN page with buffer mitigation that I changed.
