We should probably have it as a standalone project. The project last year was only maintenance under a NW3 (GC3883)
which would not have required written approval from us because the impacts were under the thresholds. Thank you!

Received this project yesterday. There are several MOTSU projects in RIMS. In the PCN, page 3 under Project History
they indicated a NW3 was sued for mtce work on the N Wharf in May 2012 — but I do not find anything in BIMS
reflecting that.
With that being said — do you want this to stand alone?
