By way of this email (+ a sticky in Bev's scanning room), I'm asking her to take DWQ 07 -2133 V2 & move it & change it to
DWQ 09 -0049 V2.
I will delete everything out of DWQ 07 -2133 in BIMS — except the $$ - can't do that — already processed. So DWQ 09-
0049 V2 will not show any payment but a note can be posted in Comments tab once the change /move has been made.

Ladies,
This project is supposed to be a V2 of 09 -0049 not 07 -2133. 1 know you've said in the past you
can't delete RIMS records, but this one isn't just a "should be attached to..." that we can live
with, it's actually the wrong project number completely. Sorry.
