Please find enclosed the following items in application for a RECLAIMED water extension permit to the
Town of Holly Springs existing reclaimed water distribution system:
One copy of the State application
One copy of Instruction
Developer Certificate of Ownership Letter
Review Fee check (check most current fee schedule)
One set of sealed plans prepared by the consultant engineer
One copy of the locally-required Reclaimed Water Extension Design and Application
Certification (Form 3016)
One copy of the Town Engineering Design and Construction Standards Reclaimed Water
Distribution System Section - to be used for the project in conjunction with the State's extension
standards
