This letter is to notify your office that Clarifier #1 at the Leith Creek Wastewater
Treatment Plant is out of operation due to a warranty inspection on the paint. We foresee
no operational problems due to this .equipment 'being down for routine maintenance.
We will notify your office as soon .as`the . inspection has been completed. If you have any
questions concerning this matter please give me a call at the number listed below.

This letter is to notify your office that the paint mspection has been completed on
Clarifier #1 at the Leith Creek Wastewater: Treatment Plant and will be put back into
operation today December 9, 2003..
We are taking Clarifier # 2 out of operation due to a warranty .inspection on the paint
scheduled for December 16, 2003:: We foresee no operational problems due to this
equipment being down for routine maintenance.
We will notify your office as soon as the inspection has been completed. -If you have any
