Dear Belinda:
We called your office on March 23, 2004 and left a message to inform you that our Oxidation Side of our Leith
Creek Plant is currently down for painting and maintenance. We do not foresee any problems with the treatment
process due to this being down. We are utilizing the EQ Basin along with the extended aeration plant to handle
the flow entering the treatment plant. We will contact you as soon as the repairs have been completed. If you
have any questions please give us a call.
