with the residential collector road (S I) as requested under NW 14 and proposed sewer and water utility line installations under NW l2.
Areas of the 100 -year floodplam will be impacted by filling above the floodplain elevation to allow lots to be developed above the
floodplain; however, there are no wetland fills within the 100 year floodplain. The plan assumes that FEMA approval of a CLOMR-
F will be obtained prior to fill being placed in the floodplain. If CLOMR -F is approved with a no -rise condition then a floodplain cut
balance will not be required. If a floodplain cut - balance is required, it will be completed without impacts to wetlands.
