4g. List the total estimated linear feet of all existing streams on the property:
250
4h. Explain the purpose of the proposed project:*
The purpose of this project is to renovate the existing building, rebuild the three buildings which were removed and to add three new buildings. The use of the buildings will be for
commercial retail. Parking, landscaping and stormwater facilities will also be included in the project.
4i. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used:*
The overall project will include eight small retail buildings of about1,500 sf each. Asphalt parking will be provided. Sidewalk and covered walkways Will be provided for pedestrian
access.Stormwater BMP's Will be utilized during construction to prevent any offsite transportation of sediments. The site will be constructed using typical site grading equipment. With the
provision of stormwater management during construciton and the utilization of a permanent on -site retention basin, indirect impacts to unaffected areas should be negligible.

There is a third wetland area that is isolated but it will not be impacted.
E. Impact Justification and Mitigation
1. Avoidance and Minimization
1a. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project:
BMP's will be employed ruring construction. Fill has been limited to that required for the building foundations. Elevated boardwalks will be used the
over eAsting wetlands to avoid fill. Permanent stormwater detention is being provided for stormwater treatment.
1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques:
Siltation Fence, temporary siltation basin, seeding and erosion control mats on disturbed areas.
