Ok, I think I have the calculations settled. I have them included in the documentation. All the numbers seem to
work out consistently
New Deck: 689
Existing Deck: 379
New Deck outside footprint of old deck: 349
Buffer Restoration: 37 sgft
Total Buffer Mitigation Needed: 3 131 *3 + 60* 1.5 = 1029 units
Here are the updated diagrams and calculation sheets.
As for the declaration document, do I need to print and have a copy notorized and sent to you?

To restore the buffer in this space, we will be planting two azaleas. These plants
do well in shade and we have several flourishing in space around the existing
deck. Mulch consistent with the rest of the yard will make up the rest of the
ground cover, since the azaleas will grow to cover the area within a few years.
