The Cross Creek Ranch Mitigation Site is ready for IRT review and approval. This Full Delivery DMS project was
instituted on 11/18/2019.
Wildlands has sent hard copies to each of the following IRT members: Kim Browning, USACE — Raleigh Office (Carolyn
Drive) and Erin Davis, N.C. Division of Water Resources -Raleigh. These hard copies should have already arrived at those
offices.
There was a minor update to the hard copies previously sent out to the IRT. The revised mitigation plan
(CrossCreekRanch_DRAFT MP for IRT Review_June 2021(REV).pdf) was uploaded to the Sharepoint and DWR Laser fiche
site on 6/9/2021 for IRT review.
Pages 1, 28 and 29 have been updated to the current Project Asset and Components Table. Credit differences between
the first draft and the revised draft are due to the applied rounding method. The SMUs were updated from 9242.30 to
9243.517 and the WMUs were updated from 4.854 to 4.833.
Hardcopies of the three (3) revised pages have also been sent out and are expected to be delivered today (6/10/2021).
