Please note:
Earthwork was completed April 21, 2021 and planting was completed April 22, 2021. The as -built stream length is —17
linear feet more than the centerline design length and the as -built wetland acreage is 0.082 ac less than mitigation plan
due to slight deviations in top of bank at as -built. No change in project credits is requested (see note below about
rounding error).
* Total project credits were updated from 12,358.700 SMUs to 12,358.701 SMUs and 4.770 WMUs to 4.773 WMUs due
to a rounding error discovered in the mitigation plan after the fact. Updating these numbers was necessary for the
project credits to match the credit ledger. The error was only in the summation of total credits and each individual
reach and wetland line item has identical credits to the approved mitigation plan
The final baseline (as -built) report, record drawings, and drone video were uploaded to the DMS/IRT SharePoint, and
DWR Laserfiche for IRT review.

2 - For NCDMS projects, the initial credit release milestone occurs when the as -built report (baseline monitoring report) has been approved by the NCIRT and posted to the

1) Approval of Final Mitigation Plan;
2) Recordation of the preservation mechanism, as well as a title opinion acceptable to the USACE covering the property;
3) Completion of all physical and biological improvements to the mitigation site pursuant to the mitigation plan;
4) Receipt of necessary DA permit authorization or written DA approval for projects where DA permit issuance is not required.
3 - A 10% reserve of credits is to be held back until the bankful event performance standard has been met.
