Thanks Ryan. I looked over the info you sent and I do have a question about the adjustments that were made
when CH6 was changed to a 10:1 ratio. I saw the adjustment downward of 202.3 credits (from 238 to 35.7) for
this reach, but I don't think this accounts for the change to the additional credit provided by the wider buffer.
Unfortunately the buffer numbers must be run again because the 357 linear feet for CH6 must now be added
to the 10:1 cell in the buffer table rather than the 1.5:1 cell. I don't think it will make too much of a difference,
but for accuracy sake we need to make this adjustment. If this was already accounted for, please let me know.
Also I went back and looked at the buffer tables on Figure 12a that were in the modified Mit Plan from March
2021 (957.059 additional credits) and they didn't seem to match the numbers on the credit calculations on
Table 15 (950.832).
If you could, please check on these figures and adjust the credit release table if necessary. Also if you could
specify the total amount of preservation credits released with the first release from May last year and this
release (since CH6 is now treated as preservation), that would help clarify the table for me.
Other than that, I should be able to get the credit release letter out pretty quickly once I have the updated
release numbers
