Adequate storage freeboard was observed in the 5 day upset pond and infiltration basins. Aqua has received several complaints from residents regarding color of the water in the basins due to algal growth. Aqua reps have been communicating with DWR re options to control the algal growth. Permit condition 111(7) requires public access to the basins to be prohibited. Page 5 of 5
