I concur with your determination that there is no stream present. It appears that the area is likely to be a wetland that may have some drainage patterns in part of it, but not a stream. Do you need anything further from me or is this email sufficient? We submitted a pre JD package to the Corps, haven't heard back from them yet. The receiving stream (Ponds Branch) to the east of the property is classified as WS-III. The owner asked us to do a delineation and stream determination to see if the watershed buffer rules apply to the stream/wetland on his property. We rated the stream as ephemeral/wetland and need you guys to confirm.
