Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on September 16, 2021. I spoke
with Everette Ponder during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
- ~ Station L 10+50 LT - Unpermitted fill is in the stream. Needs to be removed or the permit needs to be modified.
Loose soil and mud need to be stabilized.
- ~ Station L 10+50 - 13+00 RT - Stabilize ditch per NPDES groundcover requirements.
- ~ Station L 14+00 LT - Basin was removed. Need groundcover per stabilization requirements.
- ~ Station L 16+00 LT - Silt fence outlet needs stone.
- ~ Station L 18+50 RT - Maintain inlet protection.
