Regarding the request for additional information for the Halifax County Sawmill, DWQ #13 -0576, we are in the process of
sending you additional information as you have requested. We are still waiting for the O &M Agreement to be signed and
returned to us. I am requesting that you extend the deadline, which was set at 30 days from July 8th. We would
appreciate another 30 days so that we may submit to you a full response package
