This letter is to notify you that pump #1 in the re -circulation pump room and pump #3 at
our main pump station for Leith Creek WWTP have been repaired and are back in
operation.
We also want to report that the oxidation side of Leith Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant
is out of operation to investigate a blockage from the oxidation ditch,to the clarifier.
We don't foresee any operational problems dueto this blockage and we will contact your
office as soon as the repairs have been made.

Dear Ms. Henson:
This letter is to notify you that the oxidation side of Leith Creek Wastewater Treatment
Plant is back in operation. During our investigation; of the blockage from the oxidation
ditch to the clarifier we found debris in the riser on the clarifier. Weremoved the debris
and it is now operational. We will continue to monitor the; flow into the oxidation ditch
to ensure that the clarifier will handle -higher flows
