Attached is the revised COC (both corrected address and COC number at the top). It maintains the same date as the one
Suzanne processed with the address correction (but when our system was missing the COC identification at the
top). We will add this to the records in your permit file in our repository if you ever need to reference it. Please let us
know if anything else is incorrect on it that we missed!
