Skvarla III DWQ Project # 13 -0 101 Wayne & Greene Counties Subject Property: Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) of Gas Line Project 5B Looping (East Loop) Neuse River Basin [NEU 02, 04, 05, 07 12] Dear Mr. Vena: Secretary On July 25, 2013 Roberto Scheller of the Division of Water Resources (DWR) conducted an on -site compliance inspection for compliance with your 401 General Certification (GC) # 3884. At time of inspection Mr. Robert Baker of Kestrel, project Environmental Inspector, was present during the site review. Sites reviewed are as follows: Stream crossing S 122, located near Station 220 +50, was reviewed for compliance with permit requirements. The area was stabilized and mulched with straw netting. Erosion control measures appeared to be performing properly as area reported 1.3 inches of rain the night before site review. Stream crossing S107 and Wetland crossing W122 were reviewed and areas appeared to be stabilized. Stream crossing S111, near Station 299 +00, was reviewed and area appeared stable with erosion control measures performing properly. At time of inspection the areas reviewed, within the subject project, appeared to be compliant with the General Certification #3884.
