requesting a revision to the original Letter of Credit #SB93884 fi•om First Citizens Bank for the account
of Greene Environmental Services, LLC (GES) in the amount of $20,000.00. Requested language for the
revision is provided in Exhibit B attached to this letter. Additionally, please add language that specifies
this Letter of Credit shall be provided to cover costs associated with the Monitoring and Maintenance of
the Contentnea /Little Contentnea L -8 Tract Mitigation Bank as required per the GES Neuse River
Riparian Buffer and Nutrient Offset Umbrella Mitigation Banking Instrument. Please revise the original
letter of credit to include the edits requested in this letter and in Exhibit B, and send to Ms. Katie Merritt
at the address below:
