Subject: Greene 22 and 47
Jay,
I've reviewed your applications requesting a Water Quality Certification and Buffer Authorization for the replacement of
Bridges 22 (DWR project # 13 -0735) and 47 (DWR project # 13 -0696) in Greene County.
Greene 22 has no stream or wetland impacts and only buffer impacts. The Corps of Engineers indicated this would be a
`no permit required', therefore no 401 Water Quality Certification is needed. A Buffer Authorization has been issued for
the buffer impacts.
Greene 47 has no stream, wetland, or buffer impacts, therefore no 401 Water Quality Certification or Buffer
Authorization is required.
If impacts on either of the projects changes, please notify this office as further permitting actions may be required. Also,
please be mindful to conduct all activities in a manner consistent with state water quality standards. Let me know if you
