product via pipeline.The terminal stores the product and then breaks out the product to other pipelines or further
along the same pipeline.Kinder Morgan does not own the product stored in the tanks.

Significant materials including gasoline,diesel,and jet fuel/kerosene have been onsite within the three years prior to
this application. The materials have been stored within steel tanks in a diked area in a manner to prevent exposure to
storm water.The storm water collected in the tank containment dikes are directed to onsite settling ponds prior to
co discharge through Outfalls 001 and 002. Water directed from Pond 001 to Pond 002,prior to discharge at Outfall 002,
is directed through a carbon filtration system prior to entering Pond 002. There are no pesticides,herbicides,soil
conditioners or fertilizers applied at this facility.
