The Public Water Supply Section received your April 1, 2021 e-mail transmittal(to Jay Frick)requesting
comments or suggested edits for the above referenced draft revised General Permits, due by April 30,
2021.
We have briefly reviewed the draft permits and have no comments, as we understand the activities
covered by these General Permits will continue to be managed such that there will be no significant or
adverse impact to water supply waters.
