Dear Ms. Powell,
The Town of Morrisville's stormwater program was audited by NCDEQ on February
loth, 2021. We received a notice of deficiency on March loth, 2021. Morrisville provided
the required documents to NCDEQ within the 120 day deadline on July 1, 2021. We are
currently waiting on comments from NCDEQ on our stormwater management plan. Per
your request please accept this letter in lieu of the annual BIMS report.
