SUBJECT: Scoping meeting minutes for Grace Drive widening.

A meeting was held on June 22nd, 2021 to discuss Grace Drive widening project. This project is to widen
Grace Drive from 2 lanes to 4 lanes from US 158 to dead end. An industrial development is in
negotiations for adjacent property.

Wetlands and streams to be delineated this month.

USACE and NCDWR agreed that if thresholds were not exceeded then a NWP 14 and corresponding
NCDWR certification will apply.

One Jurisdictional stream crossing is present from topo mapping. It is a small UT to the Roanoke River.

This project is in the Roanoke River Basin so no Buffer Rules.

This meeting will suffice as a prefiling meeting for permitting.
