Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject State Stormwater Management Permit
received on August 26, 2021. Staff of the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources (DEMLR) in the
Fayetteville Regional` Office has confirmed that this permit is no longer required because permit
SW6180604 (Wedgefield Phase IV Subdivision), originally `issued on August 7, 2018 and transferred on
September 13, 2021, replaces the subject permit.
Therefore, in accordance with your request, State Stormwater' Management Permit SW6140704 is
rescinded effective immediately.
