Plan Review
Reasons for Approval with Modifications
(1) Temporary pipe or stabilized ditch will need to be installed to carry
runoff from CB 1002 (phase 2 SE&SC) to Skimmer Basin 2 until the drainage
area has been permanently stabilized. (2) It will be critically important to
maintain and adjust diversion ditches along the site perimeter as needed as
the site is brought to grade, to ensure runoff is successfully conveyed to
sediment basins. Rear slope of lot pads will need to be stabilized promptly
upon completion and stone silt fence outlets installed below all drainage
swales (if temporary diversion ditch is removed upon finalization and
stabilization of rear lot pads). Wattles should be placed within drainage
swales at the top of slope. (3) 401 and 404 permits will need to be obtained
prior to work in stream crossing areas.
