Joanne and Jennifer,
received a copy of the NC DWQ's 6/24/2013 letter requesting application for 401 Water Quality Certification for the
above - referenced project. The Corps' Individual Permit application is in circulation, however, a CAMA Major modification
request has also been submitted to the NC DCM. Additional information was required by DCM which has been
resubmitted to that agency. Upon DCM's acceptance of the application as complete and circulation by DCM, it was
anticipated the 401 Water Quality Certification could be applied for through that joint review process /fee. Please feel free
to contact me if this needs to be discussed (910 -452- 0001).
