I'm assuming I need to upload these to Laserfiche as well? I'll be including check for $505.00 with the submittal that is going in the mail. Everything looks good except for one small issue: Please correct the following:  Plan Sheet C-6.1 – The bypass device (6” orifice) appears to be too low. Per the calculations, the temporary ponding surface for the design volume is at elevation 811.34’. The invert of the 6” orifice is at elevation 811.09’ (The plans say that the center of the 6” orifice is at elevation 811.34’, therefore the invert would be 3” lower than the center). The invert of the lowest bypass device cannot be lower than the temporary ponding surface elevation. Please revise as needed. 4 Please provide the following:  2x hard copies of revised plan sheet C-6.1.  1x full electronic copy of the revised plan set.  1x hard copy & 1x electronic copy of the revised calculations (If applicable).  1x hard copy & 1x electronic copy of the revised Supplement-EZ Form (If applicable).  1x hard copy & 1x electronic copy of any other submission items that may need to be revised in order to address this issue. Hard copies should be mailed to me at the following address: 512 N. Salisbury Street 1612 Mail Service Center Raleigh, NC 27699-1612 Electronic copies should be uploaded at the following location: https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/SW_Project_Submittal Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies, anything else that may have changed from addressing these issues, and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided everything is still in order), we can issue the permit without doing another formal 30-45 day review.
