My understanding, in layman’s terms, is fear because on right side of plan sheet at cross‐hatching is the main part of the 
earthen dam and it will be cut into partially for the new road alignment.  The fear is liability of compromising the 
integrity of the impoundment.  Why we did not consider this earlier, I do not know.

Hey Shelby,  

Hope you are well.  We need help please.  Some time ago we got a no effect on this bridge replacement (see attached), 
but plans have changed to include a much larger easement and complete removal of a pond.  Screen shot of 75% is 
beloe and full plans at Haywood 237 75%.   Will we need to revisit this with Renee? 

Also, though I believe this is insignificant, we will be putting a temporary overhead power along the road, but I believe 
that it will remain in the TCE and other easements originally shown in the effect meeting.  I don’t believe Renee had any 
questions about utilities anyway, but that was indeed long ago.
