On hold 4/5/7 for Diffuse Flow info & for outdated PCN form
Annette recvd info on 4/27/07 & SW info on 6/20/07....but no updated PCN form...so
I've left it on hold
On the Permits/Certs tab it does not show a statutory date...that's not normal, is
it?
I've logged Annette's stuff in & she has the whole file
