The city said this system will be private. Therefore, I need to change the ownership info on the application. We thought
it was going to be city maintained but they changed that at the last minute and I forgot to change it on the
application. Barry Siegal, who signed the application, is the managing member of the ownership group, so that part is
correct. Once I change the affected sheets, can I email them to you or do I need to have them delivered? I apologize for
the confusion.
