UNDISTURBED AREAS ARE DENOTED BY OUTLINED STIPPLED PATTERN. ALL EXISTING TREES 6" OR LARGER IN DIAMETER SHALL BE PRESERVED WITHIN THESE AREAS. 4. MAXIMUM GRADED SLOPES = 2:1 NOTE TO HOME BUILDER: A. PHARR & ASSOCIATES, P.A. DATED MAR. 03, 2021. 2. CHIEF SUBDIVISION INSPECTOR SHALL BE GIVEN 24 HOURS ADVANCE NOTICE PRIOR TO BEGINNING OF CONSTRUCTION. 3. FES INVERTS ARE TO BE SET AT OR SLIGHTLY BELOW EXISTING GRADE. VERIFY ELEVATIONS IN FIELD PRIOR TO LAYING PIPE. 6. MAINTAIN MINIMUM OF TWO FEET COVER OVER PROPOSED STORM DRAINAGE PIPE, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. 7. MAINTAIN MINIMUM 2.0' COVER OVER STORM DRAINAGE PIPES, UNLESS CLASS 4 RCP PIPES HAVE BEEN USED AS INDICATED IN THE PIPE SCHEDULE. 8. MAINTAIN 10' MIN. HORIZONTAL SEPARATION BETWEEN SANITARY SEWER LINES AND STORM PIPES. MAINTAIN 1' CLEARANCE IF SEWER IS CROSSING OVER STORM AND 2' IF STORM IS CROSSING OVER SEWER. 9. CONTRACTOR TO NOTIFY DPR ASSOCIATES FOR ANY DISCREPANCY AND SHALL RECEIVE DIRECTIONS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. 10. PIPE LENGTHS AND SLOPES ARE FOR PLAN REVIEW PURPOSE ONLY! CONTRACTOR IS TO USE ONLY STRUCTURE LOCATIONS AND INVERT ELEVATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES. CONTRACTOR TO NOTIFY DPR ASSOCIATES FOR SLOPE DISCREPANCY PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. 11. A. ALL STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENTS (SIDE) SHOWN ON THESE PLANS ARE PERMANENT EASEMENTS TO BE MAINTAINED BY INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY OWNERS, OR THE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION AS BONDED BY THE MAINTENANCE COVENANTS. THE COUNTY WILL NEITHER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GROUNDS WITHIN THE STORM WATER EASEMENT NOR THE REMOVAL OF ANY OBSTRUCTION IN THAT AREA. B. "AS -BUILT" DRAWINGS AND PLANS OF THE STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND SCMs MUST BE SUBMITTED TO NCDENR'S EC ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT. 13. IN ORDER TO ENSURE PROPER DRAINAGE, KEEP A MINIMUM OF 0.5% SLOPE ON THE CURB. 14. SUBSURFACE DRAINAGE FACILITIES MAY BE REQUIRED IN THE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY IF DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE INSPECTOR. 15. STORM DRAINAGE PIPE SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED AT LESS SLOPE THAN INDICATED ON STORM DRAINAGE SCHEDULE (SEE THIS SHEET), WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM DPR ASSOCIATES, INC. 16.
