Mr. Perez,
Thank you so much for resending that. I was out of town during the time that you sent the last email, and
somehow that made it to the bottom of the folder. I am so glad that you resent this and appreciate you staying
on top of it. I have signed and attached the form to this email that you needed completed. If you need me to mail
or overnight the form to you, I can do that as well. The reason that I put 500 feet is that I did not know if that
area below the wall would count as above full pond, but now looking further into it, it does not look like it is. I
have attached a photo to this email as well so that it may help clarify. I am just going to get the correct riprap
and wheelbarrow it through my yard and recover the stuff that is already there and where it is missing. I hope
this helps answer your question. I also attached a copy of my survey, and now that I look at it closer, it will
definitely not be more than 500 sq. ft. or even close above the 760 full pond line. I was just going to do this
project myself, but if I need to hire someone to do this, I understand completely also. I am trying to follow all
the rules and regulations so this project is completed in a correct way and does not do anything to break any
rules or regulations. I honestly did not know that it would be this much work to lay some riprap down but I am
learning a lot. And just so you know, I am not trying to do anything out of the ordinary or crazy...lol. I just want
that area to look good again at the shoreline and help protect from more erosion Thank you so much for your
time and consideration. Please let me know if you have any more questions or concerns. You can also reach me
on my cell phone at 828.243.7847 if you need to. Have a blessed day and I apologize for it taking so long to
respond to you.

Hello,
I don't know if you saw my previous email, but I still need the form and questions clarified in order to
continue work on your application. If you could get back to me, that would be most appreciated.

Hello,
I am emailing you today about your shoreline stabilization application. First, I will need you to read, fill out,
and return to me the attached Catawba Riparian Buffer form. I have attached it in two formats. Please use the
one that best works for you. Second, I noticed that you have 500 sq. ft. of impact ABOVE full pond, however
in your diagram, I only see a 8' x 25' section. Typically, we only allow for 3' of rip rap ABOVE full pond. If
you could clarify this, that would be most appreciated.
