On behalf of Chris Pleford with Southeast Partners VII LLC, Applied Resources Management, P.C.
is providing you with a project narrative for the above referenced site.
The project is located off Moores Landing Extension in Pender County. The site is currently
undeveloped and is located in an established neighborhood.
The proposed project consists of construction of a duplex. With the location of the existing wetland
area a small fill impact is proposed in order to facilitate the construction of the proposed structure.
The fill area is noted to be approximately 0.099 acres and is to be stabilized with a retaining wall to
minimize the amount of impact needed.
