SUE – Please see attached Final Jurisdictional Impacts Map that reflects the updated riparian buffer and wetland impacts
associated with the roadway cut&fill slope per our discussion last week. I’m still waiting to hear back from our
consultant regarding their stormwater management plan submittal. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Annette, our stormwater reviewer has forwarded her comments to me. I’m attaching them so you have a
heads up and can start pulling this together if you want to. I’ll get back in touch as soon as I’ve reviewed the
PCN, it should be in the next few days (I hope!).
