The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until the following information is received: 1. The Pre -Construction Notification (PCN) lists the applicant as CCP-SH Crossroads Manager, LLC. Title 15A of the North Carolina Administrative Code (NCAC) 02H .0502(a)(3) requires an applicant that is a corporation be registered with the NC Secretary of State's Office. I was unable to find the applicant in a search conducted on the NC Secretary of State's website. Please provide documentation that the applicant is a registered corporation with the NC Secretary of State. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(e)] 2. Please provide a culvert cross section detail showing the provisions for aquatic life passage/culvert burial that demonstrates the culvert will meet condition 11.11. of 401 General Water Quality Certification 4135. [15A NCAC 02H .0506 (b)(2) and (3)] 3. It appears there is adequate room to re -align the entrance road to the north and avoid wetland impact W7. Please re -align the road to avoid this impact or clearly explain why the road cannot be re -aligned. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(1)] 4. The nature and/or purpose of proposed impact W6 is not clear from the PCN or associated site plans. Please explain why and how W6 will be impacted. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(1)] 5. Are any utility (e.g. water, sewer, electric) impacts required for the project? [15A NCAC 02H .0502(6)] Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. Please provide your response by August 27, 2021. If all of the requested information is not received, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be denied as incomplete. The denial of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a complete application and the appropriate fee. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
