Sorry about this one. This is an IP that we received info back and it did not get
logged into BIMS until yesterday and it is due on Monday.
05-1071 vs 2 BSH Home Appliances, this one can be Issued with a condition that the
State Stormwater permit be modified to show the new impact area. I looked up the
old SW permit because I remembered the first version of this permit had some SW
issues. The first SW permit was issued with the idea that the project would expand
and the SW facilities should handle the new impervious area. As of today they have
not modified the SW permit to reflect the new impervious area so that mod needs to
be done.
Also the first IP for this project had 0.45 acres of wetland impacts that they paid
EEP under the COE conditions. This IP they have 1.02 acres of wetland impacts and
they have an acceptance letter from EEP. Because this is the first time DWQ has
charge the project mitigation should they be mitigating for 1.47 acres?
