On May 8, 2007, and June 7, 2007, the DWQ received additional information from you, however, the DWQ has determined that your application remains incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive five copies of the additional information requested below, we will have to move toward denial of your application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506 and will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: 1. Please provide a revised grading and storm drainage plan (south) sheet (C-17) that shows that the final contours will drain toward the proposed stormwater wetland. 2. Please provide a DWQ Extended Detention Worksheet, available at: http•//h2o enr state.nc.us/ncwetlands/wetlndwk.pdf. Please be sure to: - Complete all items in Part I: Project Information. - Include any information list in Part II: Required Items Checklist that was not included in your original submittal. 3. In the Wetland Grading and Planting plan (sheet C-23), please select a different species of ground cover. Myrica cerifera "Georgia gem" is anitrogen-fixer, which is not appropriate for a wetland that is constructed to remove nitrogen. Please submit this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter.
