Subdivision Phase 4 property has been sold to Toll Southeast LP Company, Inc. The Town has received the
updated Financially Responsible Owner Form due to change of ownership and has released Reader Partners
as the FRO.
Toll Southeast LP Company, Inc. must apply for a new NCGO1 Certificate of Coverage as the permits are
not transferrable.
