this application:
- Presently,there is an existing vegetated buffer on both sides of the creek. The site condition and the
general land use is business/condominium on both sides and retail across the street.

- To construct 270 feet of sidewalk to connect both ends of an existing sidewalk along New Garden Road.

- To excavate exact width to construct concrete sidewalk with an excavator, install retaining wall around the
sewer manhole and pour concrete. No tree removal and no stream impact. Not to disturb slope or existing
buffer.

The proposed sidewalk grass strip and construction is minimized to reduce impact of the stream buffer.

techniques. Construction impact will be practically minimum disturbance and construction entrance will be by
closure of a lane during construction.
