Please provide a revise grading and storm drainage plan (south) sheet (C-17) that
shows that the final contours will drain toward the proposed stormwater wetland.
Please provide a DWQ Extended Detention Worksheet, available at:
http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/ncwetlands/wetlndwk.pdf. Please be sure to:
- Complete all items in Part I: Project Information.
- Include any information list in Part II: Required Items Checklist that was not
included in your original submittal.
In the Wetland Grading and Planting plan (sheet C-23), please select a different
species of ground cover. Myrica cerifera "Georgia gem" is a nitrogen-fixer, which
is not appropriate for a wetland that is constructed to remove nitrogen.
