After reviewing the 2011 PAR covering January 1 through December 31, 2011 that was
received on February 17, 2012, and the additional requested information that was received April
17, this Office has determined that the 2011 LMAC WWTP PAR submittal is adequate and
satisfies the requirements of 15A NCAC 2H .0908 (b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for
North Carolina Pretreatment Programs. The next PAR is due by March 1, 2013.
