I met with the Resident engineer and the project inspector yesterday on site. We addressed the issues you mentioned. I
also ask them to reconsider some of the erosion controls and drainage designs. They said they would look into it and
discuss those with the Area Roadside Engineer.

Thanks for the update. Based on the MOV. provided, the hill slope is bare and should be matted and seeded as soon as
possible to prevent further erosion downslope. The other repairs look good.
