The original PCN for this project was received on June 28, 2021. That project qualified for a non-notifying NWP 14. On
July 22, 2021, an email was sent to Christina Moon (with Dave Wanucha copied) notifying her that the project, as
proposed, qualified for a non-notifying Nationwide Permit (NWP) 14.

I received an additional PCN with the same project name and number on August 26, 2021. This application included the
request for NWP 3 verification, however, it is listed as notification only for the Corps. I have contacted Christina Moon
for clarification regarding the Jones Creek Greenway.

This is an Orange County Project, so it was assigned to the PM responsible for that county (April Norton). I would be
willing to bet that as it has only come in 5 days ago, it hasn't been reviewed yet., but I have copied April on this email so
she can provide her insight.
