Dear Mr. Ward:
A rescission request was recently received for Permit No. WQ0040532, issued December 20, 2018.
Staff from the Fayetteville Regional Office have confirmed that this Permit is no longer required.
Therefore, in accordance with your request dated September 2, 2021, Sewer Extension Permit No.
WQ0040532 is rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future, if you wish again to operate a non -discharge system, you must first apply for and
receive a new Wastewater Collection System Permit. Operating a non -discharge system without a
valid Wastewater Collection Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up
to $10,000 per day.
